What exactly does Wedfuly do?

Our $800 livestream service includes all the equipment needed for an elevated, multi-angle livestream experience AND a team of professionals to help execute on your big day. Or upgrade to our Full Service package to have a videographer come onsite to setup and handle all the equipment.

Your Wedfuly Team

You'll work with a team of Wedfuly experts to plan and produce your wedding livestream remotely. Prior to your wedding, we'll meet virtually for both a quick planning call and mini rehearsal to get things squared away. On wedding day we'll act as your virtual "control room" and virtual wedding concierge – directing the tech setup onsite, switching camera angles, cueing up media you'd like included (i.e. music, slideshows, or videos), managing your timeline, and communicating with and providing tech support to guests.

Footage & Keepsakes

After your wedding, you'll get the raw zoom recording (including recorded messages from your guests!) to watch back whenever you want, along with a virtual guestbook and photo booth snapshots from your remote guests.

Equipment & Your Other Vendors

On the equipment side, we provide tripods, phone adapters, battery packs, a mic, and a speaker. Most coupes provide their own cell phones for use as cameras, but we also have an upgraded rentals package that includes phones. We ship the equipment directly to you along with a return label, and you send it back after your wedding.

Once you book with us, we're happy to communicate with your venue, DJ, musicians, etc – to ensure that a Wedfuly livestream will fit right in with your existing plans.

How much does Wedfuly cost?

Our base package is $800 and include all the equipment needed for an elevated, multi-angle livestream experience. Depending on your needs, we can also provide a team of remote professionals to help execute on your big day or even videographers to come onsite and capture the Livestream. We require a non-refundable $200 deposit to reserve your date!

Does Wedfuly come on-site for my wedding?

We can! Most of the time, the on-site setup is quite simple, and many of our couples save money by having a friend or family member play this role. If you’d like more of a turnkey option, our Wedfuly Full Service package includes a videographer coming onsite to capture your Livestream. Plus you get an additional HD recording as a keepsake!

  • The Wedfuly team is US-based, but love has no boundaries! Since our team is fully virtual, we can be anywhere with a strong wifi connection. We've worked with couples located across the nation and internationally. Many of our weddings have guests viewing from across the world!

    For international weddings, we aren't able to ship rental equipment or offer any on-site add-on services, but everything else still applies!

  • What to Expect

    First of all — expect to have an amazing time. We pride ourselves on ensuring our virtual weddings are intimate and engaging for guests.We ask that you be prepared to turn on your camera and come dressed ready for a wedding! There will likely be opportunities for you to interact with the couple as well.

    Expect the wedding to take around one two hours – typically both ceremony and reception elements are included!

    For Help with Zoom

    Clicking the access link should open Zoom on your device (if you already have it installed), or prompt you to download Zoom. You may see be placed in the 'waiting room' if you join the wedding early; a Wedfuly team member will admit you when we're ready to go. Once you join the virtual wedding, a Wedfuly team member will also be available to assist with any additional tech help.

    Virtual Wedding Etiquette

    Virtual weddings are brand new territory, so here are our top etiquette tips:

    Use the chat function within Zoom to say hello to other guests and offer well wishes to the gorgeous couple.

    Please eliminate background noise and stay present throughout.

    Keep your camera turned on, and keep yourself muted throughout the ceremony – we will be prompting you to unmute at certain key moments.

  • This is a KEY decision to make sure your wedding goes smoothly. Since the Wedfuly team is 100 percent virtual, this person will act as their eyes, ears, and hands-on your wedding day—assist with tech setup, and generally make sure things go according to plan. This person will be on the phone with the Wedfuly team for the duration of your wedding. This person should NOT be in the wedding party!

  • Wedfuly will provide you with a URL and password to distribute to your guest list. Included in every package are day-before reminder emails that we can send on your behalf.

    If you’d like a more formal option, Paperless Post offers e-vites for virtual events including weddings!

  • We recommend booking your date as early as you feel comfortable as our wedding slots fill up very quickly. We require a minimum of 2 weeks to plan your virtual element for your wedding.

  • We are able to play any selected media that you have in mind. Spotify is recommended, but we can work off of YouTube, Mp3/Mp4 files, or Apple Music. The music will be shared over Zoom using shared computer audio and will broadcast onsite via your speaker.

    If you are having live music, we can work together to figure out the best audio option to capture the music and have the virtual guests enjoy it.

  • Please email hello@wedfuly.com to cancel your Virtual Wedding. We require a $200 deposit that is non-refundable at the time of booking.

    The Service will offer any Client a refund at Wedfuly’s discretion and will be based on the work completed as well as staffing in place for your virtual wedding. Please note that the $200 deposit is non-refundable. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given 30 days before your virtual wedding. You can read more on our Terms of Service page.

  • We require a non-refundable $200 deposit to reserve your date. After your first call with the Wedfuly team, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance due (dependent on which package you have selected). Payment in full must be received no later than the date of your AV call.
